Close Proactive: Make sure all Proactive windows and tabs are closed.
Open Settings: Click on the Start menu and select "Settings."
Go to Apps: In the Settings window, click on "Apps."
Find Proactive: In the "Apps & features" section, scroll down to find "Proactive."
Uninstall: Click on "Proactive," then click the "Uninstall" button. Confirm the uninstallation.
Delete User Data (Optional): If you want to delete your profile information, like bookmarks and history, check the box that says "Also delete your browsing data.
Mac
Close Proactive: Make sure all Proactive windows and tabs are closed.
Open Finder: Click on the Finder icon in your Dock.
Go to Applications: In the Finder sidebar, click on "Applications."
Find Proactive: Locate the "Proactive" app in the Applications folder.
Move to Trash: Drag the "Proactive" app to the Trash.
Empty Trash: Right-click on the Trash icon in your Dock and select "Empty Trash."
Delete User Data (Optional): If you want to delete your profile information, navigate to ~/Library/Application Support/Proactive and delete the "Proactive" folder.
